Dab Pumps - Filling Port Cap 3/4 Gas for EsyBox - SP00000151
Brand: Dab Pumps
Filling Port Cap 3/4 Gas - EsyBox - SP00000151
DAB part SP00000151, listed by DAB as "(SP) FILLING PORT CAP 3/4 GAS E.SYBOX". This is the cap over the E.sybox filling port. DAB's priming instructions run through it: for vertical installation you "remove the filling cap (Fig.3 point 6). Fill the system with clean water through the loading door, taking care to let the air out." On a below head installation DAB has you slacken the same cap "enough to vent the trapped air", which lets the system load completely on its own. The thread callout 3/4 Gas is DAB's, from their part description.
Position 531 on the DAB E.sybox spare parts list. In the vertical configuration the filling cap is item 6 inside the technical compartment (DAB Fig. 3). DAB's accessory cross key has an end sized for it: end "D" is a "hexagonal socket head suitable for removing the cap to perform filling in the case of vertical installation", and DAB notes that if the key is lost or damaged the same operation can be done another way.
Fits
- DAB E.sybox. DAB numbers this part position 531 on the E.sybox exploded view and spare parts list.
- Listed at position 531 under the same part number on both the revision N.1 list (product code 60161183) and the revision N.3 list (product code 60212671).
- Source list is drawn for the AU market build, "E.SYBOX V220-240 50/60Hz AUS PLUG".
Before You Order
- Revision-stable part. We compared the E.SYBOX revision N.1 spare parts list (product code 60161183) line by line against the revision N.3 list (product code 60212671). Position 531 carries the same part number, SP00000151, on both lists, so this part is not revision-gated between N.1 and N.3. Only four positions change part number between those two revisions, and this is not one of them.
- DAB prints this caution at the head of both spare parts lists: "Attention: check the correspondence with the revision of your product." To read your own pump: the technical data plate sits inside the technical compartment (DAB instruction manual 60168399, Fig. 3, item 2, reached by removing the inspection door on Face A), or power the pump up and open the VE page in the menu, which DAB section 7.1.11 "VE: Version display" describes as the "Hardware and software version with which the appliance is equipped."
- A cap that will not seal is a cap you will chase for months, because the E.sybox loads and vents through this port. If yours is cross-threaded, cracked or missing, this is the part.
- DAB publishes no material, dimension or torque figure for this cap at part level, so we state none. The only specification DAB gives is the 3/4 Gas thread callout in the part name itself.
- Fitment note for North American buyers: every DAB E.sybox spare parts list we can source is drawn against the AU market build, printed on the list as "E.SYBOX V220-240 50/60Hz AUS PLUG". We have no DAB spare parts list for a North American NPT build, so confirm this part number against your own technical data plate, or with DAB, before you order. We are not going to pretend an AU list is a US list.
Often Replaced With
- Kit maintenance tools, SP00000144 (position 524) - DAB assigns end "D" of the accessory cross key to removing this cap for filling in the vertical configuration.
