This is the pressure sensor DAB lists for the EsyBox Max, described on the spare parts sheet as (SP) PRESSURE SENSOR 0-16Bar 0,5-3,5V at position 124. DAB's manual, section 1.3, states that the electronic control integrated in the system is of the inverter type and makes use of two pressure and temperature sensors, one on intake and one on delivery, and that by means of these sensors the system switches on and off automatically according to the user's needs, keeping a constant delivery pressure.

On DAB's drawing the sensor sits on the delivery assembly (position 120) manifold, alongside the non-return valve at position 121 and the water tank at position 123, with position 135 O-ring kit items called out at the mounting. DAB's detail box for position 124 carries the note The assembled group is supplied. When the control detects an anomaly on one of the two sensors the pump blocks and the display shows a code: manual section 10.1.4 gives BP1 for the delivery pressure sensor and BP2 for the suction pressure sensor, with the fault status beginning as soon as the problem is detected and ending automatically when correct conditions are restored.

• Manual sections 1.3 and 10.1.4 describe the two internal pressure sensors and the BP1 and BP2 blockages for the EsyBox Max without distinguishing between the models the manual covers.

• Attention: check the correspondence with the revision of your product. That caution is printed across the header of DAB's spare parts sheet. Check the position number and item number against the sheet issued for your own unit and its revision before you order.
• The revision caution matters more than usual here. Position 124 on the revision N.1 sheet carries item number SP00008137, while the positions around it carry SP000067xx numbers from the original release. Confirm the item number on the sheet issued for your own unit.
• The only EsyBox Max spare parts list available for this listing is the AU build sheet, ESYBOX MAX 45/120 M208-240 PUMP/AUS2, revision N.1, document code 60217359. DAB has not published a parts sheet in the documents used here for the 60/120 T or 85/120 T, so the item number for three-phase machines is not confirmed by these sources.
• This is the internal sensor. It is not the remote pressure sensor of manual section 8.5.6, which is a separate accessory that has to be connected to a control unit and associated with the pump, and which is disabled by default.
• DAB's troubleshooting table (Table 22) lists only one action against a BP1 display and a faulty pressure sensor: contact the assistance centre. Confirm the diagnosis before ordering.
