DAB lists this part as HMI ASS.Y. The HMI is the user interface panel, which the DAB instruction manual describes as composed of a display and a keyboard, its function being to set the system, query its status and communicate any alarms. It is the panel that shows the DAB status and blockage codes such as BL, BP1, BP2, OC and PB.

On DAB published EsyBox Mini 3 spare parts lists the HMI sits at position 8, mounted into the front shell and fed by a signal transmission cable. DAB describes disengaging the 4 screws at the corners of the panel with the accessory tool to reorient it, moving the panel away without pulling on the signal transmission cable. Item number SP00007063, however, does not appear at position 8, or anywhere else, on any of the four EsyBox Mini 3 spare parts lists published in this document series.

• Read this before you order. We could not match SP00007063 to any of the four published EsyBox Mini 3 spare parts lists. At position 8 DAB lists SP00002977 on revision N.1 (product code 60179457), SP00007060 on revisions N.4 and N.5 (60183501), and SP00007857 on revision N.6 (60212598). We are not going to claim a revision match this part does not have on paper.
• DAB changed the HMI item number twice across those four revisions, so an HMI is not interchangeable between them on DAB own numbering. Check the number on your pump, or send us a photograph of the technical data plate, before ordering.
• DAB also changed the main board at position 12 across the same revisions, from SP00002979 on N.1 to SP00007061 on N.4 and SP00007472 on N.5 and N.6. If you are replacing both, give us both numbers from your pump.
• The four DAB lists behind this listing are a Schuko build, product code 60179457, and Australian builds, product codes 60183501 and 60212598. DAB publishes no US list in this document series, so US buyers should check the item number against the technical data plate on their own pump before ordering.

Before You Order

• DAB prints this caution at the head of every EsyBox Mini 3 spare parts list: "Attention: check the correspondence with the revision of your product."
• This is the one part on this pump where the revision question is unavoidable. Confirm SP00007063 against your own pump, or against DAB or your supplier, before ordering.
• How to check your own pump. DAB keeps the technical data plate inside the technical compartment. Open the door on Face A, which is the top face of the pump in the vertical installation, and read the plate: DAB shows it as item 2 in Figure 3 of the EsyBox Mini 3 instruction manual, alongside the quick guide, the filling cap, the accessory tool, the motor shaft and the QR code. If you cannot make out a revision, photograph the whole plate and send it with your order.
• DAB instruction manual, maintenance section: disconnect the power supply before starting any work on the system.
