Made for Commercial Production
CM Horticulture equipment is manufactured in the United States with an emphasis on durability, precision, and long-term performance. Systems are configured for commercial cannabis cultivation, food and floral production, biotechnology, research, education, propagation, breeding programs, hydroponic production, and other controlled-environment applications.
Materials and construction vary by system and may include galvanized steel, stainless-steel hardware, aluminum framing and side rails, molded polystyrene ebb-and-flow trays, powder-coated components, heavy-duty casters, leveling assemblies, and application-specific accessories.
Single-Tier Benching
CM Horticulture single-tier benching is available in rolling, stationary, and tracked configurations. Rolling benches create a movable working aisle so more of the room can be dedicated to productive canopy. Tracked systems are designed for smooth movement and efficient access to the crop.
Bench systems can be configured with molded Ebb & Flow inserts or expanded-metal tops. Depending on the selected model, available features may include galvanized-steel frames, extruded-aluminum side rails, rounded corners, leveling headers, anti-tip assemblies, plumbing connections, trellis supports, lighting supports, and custom widths and lengths.
Mobile Grow Racks
CM Horticulture mobile grow racks are available in 2-, 3-, and 4-tier configurations for propagation, hydroponics, leafy greens, vegetables, ornamentals, research, education, and commercial crop production. The standard platform combines a galvanized-steel base, aluminum frame, molded ebb-and-flow tray at each tier, and heavy-duty casters.
Optional irrigation and lighting packages can be incorporated to create a more complete mobile growing platform. Tier count, spacing, equipment integration, and accessories are selected for the crop and production plan.
Custom Vertical Grow Racking
Custom mobile and stationary vertical grow racks use the cubic volume of a cultivation room to increase usable canopy while preserving crop access. Mobile configurations create working aisles where they are needed instead of dedicating permanent floor space to multiple fixed aisles.
Rack length, width, height, number of tiers, aisle arrangement, tray system, lighting, irrigation, drainage, airflow, trellis, and access requirements are developed around the facility. CM Horticulture vertical systems can be configured for new construction, facility expansion, or the modernization of an existing grow.
Integrated Airflow Systems
CM Horticulture airflow solutions are designed to distribute air more consistently through dense crop canopies and multi-level rack systems. The objective is to reduce environmental variation and support more uniform temperature, humidity, and carbon-dioxide distribution throughout the production area.
Airflow is coordinated with the rack or bench layout and the facility’s environmental systems. Final equipment selection and placement depend on canopy dimensions, tier spacing, room conditions, HVAC strategy, and production goals.
Catwalks and Rack Access
Catwalk and elevated access systems provide safer, more efficient access to upper cultivation levels. Access components are designed with the rack arrangement, working-aisle width, equipment clearances, and required service tasks in mind.
Growtainers®
Growtainers® are custom-engineered controlled-environment production systems built within insulated shipping containers. These portable environments can be configured for crop production, propagation, research, education, pilot programs, or applications that benefit from a self-contained growing space.
Integrated Facility Design
Rack and bench performance depends on the systems around them. Project planning can coordinate cultivation equipment with lighting, irrigation, drainage, airflow, HVAC, room dimensions, access, workflow, and future expansion. The goal is a practical layout in which the equipment and facility operate as one system.
Design and Quoting Process
The displayed $0 price allows this listing to function as a project and design request.
Submitting the request begins the design process with the project team. Facility information, production requirements, equipment preferences, and project goals are reviewed before an initial system design is developed.
The proposed design is reviewed and revised as needed. Once the customer signs off on the final design and configuration, the equipment package is priced and a formal project quote is prepared.
The final quote may include equipment, components, accessories, freight, delivery, installation, taxes, and other project costs when applicable. Submitting the $0 request does not purchase or reserve equipment at no cost.
