MM Series Solventless Wash System

The Mobius MM Series is a modular, automated ice-water wash system engineered for solventless producers at commercial scale. The MM20 and MM65 are complete, ready-to-run washers built around a no-shear impeller that mimics hand washing to protect delicate trichomes, with savable wash recipes managed from an HMI touchscreen.

Used by craft-to-commercial solventless extractors to wash fresh-frozen or dried plant material into premium ice water wash. Operators dial in and store wash sequences for repeatable batches, while integrated tilt and quick-clamp sanitary fittings make cleaning and water hookups fast between runs.

• MM20 - 20 gallon vessel: up to 12 lbs fresh-frozen or 3 lbs dry per wash; 1/4 HP; 36 in L x 33 in W x 64 in H
• MM65 - 65 gallon vessel: up to 35 lbs fresh-frozen or 9 lbs dry per wash; 1/2 HP; 45 in L x 41 in W x 75 in H
• Starter Kit adds: 4-Bag Lock-Top Wash Bag Kit, Ring Style Bag Holder, Pump and Hose Kit, Filtration Tank, 1-1/2 in Butterfly Valve and Ball Valve with fittings
