Foster Full Defense 40-25 is an EPA-registered coating that kills residual mold and mildew after pre-cleaning and protects surfaces from mold regrowth. Its high-coverage, breathable film is designed to provide long-term fungicidal protection in residential and commercial mold remediation projects.

Because it is breathable, it may be applied to damp building materials so they are protected during the drying process. It protects unfinished wood, drywall, oriented strand board, metal, masonry and other building materials and can be brushed, rolled or sprayed.
