Foster Sheer Defense 40-51 is a mold resistant clear coat that provides excellent resistance to mold growth during and after mold remediation, construction and remodeling. It goes on white and dries to a clear finish, so the original surface stays visible underneath.

Its low viscosity allows application by hand or with virtually any airless spray system. The cured film is hard, mar resistant, water resistant without hazing, flexible and crack resistant, and it seals water-damaged surfaces including bare wood, painted surfaces, wallboard, masonry, brick, tile, grout and metal.
