The AXEON R1-3140 is a single pass, tap water reverse osmosis system rated for 5,400 gallons per day (3.75 GPM) at a 56% standard recovery. It runs three AXEON HF5-Series ultra low energy 4040 membrane elements in a 1:1:1 array of FRP housings, fed by a Goulds multi-stage stainless steel booster pump, and ships skid mounted, pre-plumbed, wired, assembled, individually tested and preserved.

The R1-Series is built for operators who need steady commercial RO production with low energy use and simple servicing. AXEON rates the series at 20% less energy use than standard RO systems, and every component sits on an open white powder coated aluminum frame for easy access. Feed water must be filtered and dechlorinated municipal water under 2,000 ppm TDS; add nutrients after the RO system, never before it.
