General Hydroponics - pH Up

Brand: General Hydroponics

General Hydroponics pH Up

pH Up is a liquid pH-adjusting solution formulated with potassium hydroxide and potassium carbonate to raise the pH of a nutrient solution. It corrects solutions that run too low and helps hold the target window, typically pH 5.5 to 6.5, where nutrients remain most available to plants. It is designed for hydroponic systems and liquid-feed programs and is compatible with General Hydroponics nutrient lines. It supports stable, repeatable liquid-feed management.

Mix nutrients into fresh water first, then add a small amount of pH Up to the fully mixed solution, stir and re-test, repeating until the setpoint is reached. Never adjust undiluted concentrates. Required dosage varies with source water quality and recipe strength, so start with minimal doses and test incrementally using a calibrated pH meter or a test indicator. Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; unopened product holds potency for roughly two years and opened product is best used within one growing season.
