MyFloraDNA Pathogen Shield 3-in-1 qPCR Test Kit

Pathogen Shield is an affordable qPCR multiplex molecular diagnostic test from MyFloraDNA, developed to catch three of the most commonly occurring pathogens in commercial cultivation: Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd), Fusarium and Pythium. All three negatively affect plant health, yield and the production of plant compounds and aromatic compounds, and HLVd often shows no visible symptoms.

Operators collect plant samples with the test tubes provided in the kit, register the samples in a MyFloraCLOUD account and ship them back to the MyFloraDNA lab in West Sacramento, CA. A QR code on the box links to the sampling SOP, a sampling video and sample registration instructions, and MyFloraDNA reports results through MyFloraCLOUD in less than 72 hours. Kits have no shelf life, so they can be kept on hand for routine screening. Return shipping of samples to the lab is paid by the customer.
