Thiolux Sulfur Fungicide and Miticide

Thiolux is a Group M2 fungicide and miticide containing 80.0% sulfur. It is labeled for powdery mildew, rust, leaf spot and other diseases, along with many mite species, across a wide range of fruit, nut, vegetable, field, ornamental and turf crops. Labeled ornamentals include asters, carnations, chrysanthemums, dahlias, petunias, roses, zinnias and similar plants, with roses covered for both powdery mildew and black spot.

Thiolux is stirred into water as a thin slurry, added to a partly filled tank and applied by ground, orchard, aerial or sprinkler chemigation equipment. For ornamentals, apply 3.0 to 10.0 lb in 100 gallons of water per acre by ground (3.0 to 20.0 lb per acre by air), starting when disease first appears and repeating at 5 to 10 day intervals; commercial turf rates are 3.0 to 10.0 lb per acre. The label does not include greenhouse use directions; its rates are written for field, orchard, ornamental and turf applications. Do not apply if temperatures during or within 3 days after application are expected to exceed 90 deg F, and do not use within 2 weeks of an oil spray except as the label directs.
