SaniClean is a low-foaming, acid-based anionic final rinse from Five Star Chemicals, formulated as the last step after cleaning. Because it is low-foaming, it moves through clean-in-place loops, recirculating pumps, and spray balls without the foam buildup that makes high-foaming sanitizers impractical in closed systems, and it performs the same in cold water as in hot.

Use SaniClean after surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned with PBW or a compatible cleaner. Mix 1 oz per 3 gallons of water, apply by recirculation, spray, immersion, cloth, mop, or sponge, and allow at least 2 to 3 minutes of contact. Drain and do not rinse. It removes residual odors and off-flavors from transfer lines and dispensing equipment. Do not use on aluminum or other soft metals. This 5 gallon pail ships at approximately 49 lb.
