The Countertop 360 is Harvest Right's most compact home freeze dryer, built low and wide to sit on a kitchen counter, cart or table. Unlike Harvest Right's larger home units, the industrial vacuum pump and drain pan are built into the machine itself, so there is no separate pump to buy, place or hose up. It runs on a standard 110V outlet.

Each batch handles 5 to 9 lbs of fresh food across four stainless steel trays, or up to about 1,500 lbs a year at four batches a week. Freeze drying removes moisture under vacuum at low temperature, which keeps color, flavor, texture and nutrition far better than dehydrating or canning and gives a shelf life measured in years. Offered in stainless steel, black, pale blue and sage green.
