Harvest Right Countertop 360 Freeze Dryer Accessories

Trays, silicone mats, silicone food molds and tray lids made for the Harvest Right Countertop 360 freeze dryer. The Countertop 360 uses its own 7.11" x 12.6" tray size, so these pieces are built for that machine and are not interchangeable with the small, medium, large or x-large units. Each set has four pieces to match the four-tray chamber.

Spare trays let the next batch be loaded and pre-frozen while the current one runs, the simplest way to get more throughput from one machine. Silicone mats keep food from sticking and cut parchment waste, food molds portion liquids and purees into uniform cubes, and the lids snap onto loaded trays so they can be covered and stacked in the freezer.
