The Spears 4529-010 is a 1 in True Union 2000 Industrial ball check valve in PVC with EPDM seals, supplied with socket and female NPT end connectors. A PVC ball seats against backflow to prevent reverse flow automatically.
Install ball checks at pump discharges, injector lines and tank fills to stop siphoning and backflow. The true union design allows removal for inspection or cleaning without cutting pipe.
