The Climalink is an aspirated sensor - it actively pulls air across its sensing elements - so a loaded filter restricts airflow and degrades reading accuracy over time. Growlink lists easy-swap filter packs as a headline feature of the sensor for exactly this reason.

Swap the loaded filter out of the Climalink aspirated housing and fit the replacement. No tools and no recalibration step are published for the swap. A filter pack also ships in the box with every new Climalink sensor, so these are for ongoing maintenance rather than first installation. Replacement interval is not published by Growlink and depends on how much particulate the room carries.
