Eco One Hypochlorous Acid Generator

The Eco One makes hypochlorous acid (HOCl) on the countertop. Add water and kosher salt to the pitcher, power it on, and within minutes you have a batch of non-toxic disinfectant effective against COVID, E. coli, and other pathogens within seconds. A titanium electrolysis cell needs only 2 grams of salt per liter, where lower-grade units call for 5 to 20 grams.

Swap the salt for food-grade potassium carbonate and the same unit produces a high-quality degreaser for oily surfaces. Multiple power settings let the operator dial concentration to the task, from a light 40 ppm rinse to a 200 ppm sanitizing solution.
