The TableTop SS is the GMP edition of the CenturionPro TableTop, built with 304 stainless steel and nickel-plated aluminum construction in a compact footprint. It processes up to 15 lbs wet or 3 lbs dry per hour and replaces over 12 hand trimmers.

Nitrided cutting blades and a double-sealed bearing chamber with food-grade stainless steel bearings are built to pass rigorous inspections, and the dual-purpose hybrid tumbler handles wet or dry material in confined spaces.
