Centurion Pro Gladiator SS Trimmer

The Gladiator SS is the GMP edition of the CenturionPro Gladiator, with an electroless nickel-plated aluminum body, stainless steel lid and food-grade reel bearings. Two stainless steel tumblers process up to 75 lbs wet or 15 lbs dry per hour.

Blade speed runs from 11,000 to 110,000 cuts per minute, and the system ships with a 4 HP blower, food-grade plastic hopper, two stainless steel tumblers and the collection system. It accepts variable speed control and rail-system upgrades.
