Stash Bags turkey-size bags measure 19 in x 24 in and are offered in two materials. The PE version is 1.5 mil polyethylene, flexible and puncture resistant with double-sealed construction, intended for storage rather than cooking. The PA version is polyamide and is rated heat resistant to a maximum of 400 F, so it handles roasting and oven use as well as storage.

Both form a barrier against air, moisture and contaminants, and work with two-way humidity packs for controlled curing and storage of dried botanicals. Food-contact materials are tested to 21 CFR requirements and both are BPA free.
