They are offered in two materials: PE, a 1.5 mil food grade polyethylene film that is heat, puncture and odor resistant, and PA, a nylon-based film built for short and long term storage of botanicals and food items.

The large 19 in x 24 in footprint suits bulk holding between processing stages, where product needs to be contained and moved but not vacuum sealed. Both materials are BPA free and food grade.
