The EWCO 300 is a compact, low-maintenance, single stream system that generates hypochlorous acid (HOCl) from 50 to 300 ppm through the electrolysis of salt and water. Patented non-membrane electrolysis cells produce a stable HOCl molecule that is electrically neutral with high oxidation potential of 800 to 1100 mV, which is what makes it effective against microbial pathogens.

Built on polished 316 marine grade stainless steel, the EWCO 300 mounts in line and delivers up to 6 liters per minute, so solution is produced continuously rather than in batches. Generating on site runs roughly 20 cents per gallon against 70 dollars or more for commercial bottled solution.
