JH Biotech - Mycormax | Mycorrhizal Root Inoculant
Brand: JH Biotech
Mycormax
OMRI Listed
Mycormax is a biologically based plant growth promoter containing spores, colonized root fragments, and other propagules of seven beneficial root-colonizing fungi. It combines endomycorrhizal Glomus species with ectomycorrhizal Pisolithus, Scleroderma, and Laccaria species in a clay-based carrier. The fungi form a symbiotic relationship with plant roots, extending the effective root system so plants absorb more nutrients and water.
For direct soil use, incorporate to a depth of two to six inches; for a fast start in early spring, concentrate the inoculum between one and three inches below the seed. Apply at a minimum rate of 1 to 5 lbs per acre. For bulk-mixed container media use a minimum of 1 pound per cubic yard. In well-worked land it may be applied with banding equipment, distributed and disked into soil, or incorporated with a mulcher.
