Injection moulded plastic watering cans supplied with a detachable plastic rose, moulded with 1/8 in walls on the 5 and 7 Liter so they will not rust, leak or corrode. Dramm describes the 7 Liter as the can designed for and used by professional growers for over 100 years, and the 5 Liter as the one for applying fertilizer to foliage. The page also carries the roses on their own, because the rose is the part that gets stepped on, dropped or lost while the can outlives it. Cans ship in assorted colour and cannot be ordered by colour; roses are coded by colour and have to be, so ordering a rose means naming both the can size and the colour.

Capacity and reach are two different decisions here, and the 5 Liter is where they part company. 2 Liter holds about 0.5 gallon and is 19.5 in overall, the small can, balanced for houseplant and interior work. 5 Liter holds 1 1/3 gallon but is the longest can in the range at 28.5 in overall on a 17 in spout, which is what lets it reach the middle of a bench or drop water down into foliage; its arching, soft falling rose pattern is the one Dramm names for foliar fertilizer. 7 Liter holds 1 3/4 gallon and is 21.4 in overall on a 12 in spout, so it carries more water with less reach, and it is the size Dramm calls the grower standard. Then choose the Item. Complete can with rose - assorted colour is the whole can with its rose fitted, shipped in a mix of the six colours Dramm moulds, which is how the range merchandises and why colour is not selectable on the can. The six lines labelled Replacement rose only are the spray head on its own, with no can, for a can already in service, and on those colour is a real choice because Dramm codes each rose by colour: Replacement rose only - Red, Replacement rose only - Orange, Replacement rose only - Yellow, Replacement rose only - Green, Replacement rose only - Blue and Replacement rose only - Berry, each one a separate part number in each of the three sizes. Order the rose in the size that matches the can, because a rose from another size will not seat, and match the colour if you want a repaired can to still look like the rest of the rack.
