Villa is a mains-powered irrigation controller with 24 VAC valve outputs that can be programmed three ways: on its own screen, over Bluetooth at the panel, or over WiFi from a phone app or a web browser. Multiple controllers can sit on one account, so a grower with several houses or sites sees every schedule from one screen. Irrigation cycles run from 1 minute to 12 hours.

The only choice here is station count - 6 outputs or 12 - and it is a decision to make once, because there is no expansion module: the count is fixed at purchase. Count your zones, then add the ones you know are coming. One thing to be clear about before ordering: the minimum cycle is 1 minute, so Villa is an irrigation controller and not a mist controller - for second-scale mist Dramm's MistTime goes down to 1 second and the ii ri to 3 seconds. The screen referred to in the product description is the onboard display, not a water filter screen.
