ProLine Station Expansion Module

Plug-in output modules that add stations to an installed ProLine controller. The controller chassis carries a set of expansion ports; a module drops into a port and brings its own screwless valve terminals with it, so growing the system means adding a module rather than swapping the controller. The 4 Station Module occupies one port. The 12 Station Module is double width and uses two expansion ports, which is the detail that decides whether it will fit your cabinet.

Work out the gap between the stations you have and the stations you need, then count the free expansion ports before you order. The 4 Station Module adds four outputs in a single port and is how a controller is stepped up in fours toward the 16 valve mark. The 12 Station Module adds twelve outputs in one move and is what carries a controller to the 24 output platform maximum, but because it uses two expansion ports it will not go into a chassis with only one port free. Dramm lists the 4, 8 and 12 station ProLine controllers, and the 12 station model built on a 12 station base, as expandable; those are the units these modules are made for. If the controller reports zero zones or drops a bank of outputs, the module in that position is also the field-replaceable part.
