PolyRail Mounting Hardware and Bench Riser Components
The hardware that turns 12 ft lengths of PolyRail extrusion into a hung or bench-mounted irrigation run: bands that splice sections end to end, hangers that set which way the tubing outlet points, an end stop, a grip clip and the aluminum post riser assembly used over rolling benches. Bought a run at a time alongside the rail itself. None of it touches the water - it holds the rail, and the rail holds the tubing.
Choose by Component; Size only means something on four of them. Connecting Band comes in 4 in and 14 in, both with set screws, and joins two rail sections. 90 Degree Hanger is listed here in 16mm and snaps to the outer side of the rail to turn the outlet sideways. Top Hanger rides on the rail to aim the outlet toward the bottom of the rail and is fitted at the same time as the band. End Stop takes a set screw and goes just ahead of the first and last hanger so the line cannot slide off as water turns on and off. Grip Clip is 25mm and holds the tubing in the rail against twisting. Bench Riser Post is a height choice, 24 in, 36 in or 48 in, and pairs with the Bench Riser Base at the bench and the Bench Riser Cap with Hook at the top. Top Hanger, End Stop, Base and Cap are single-size parts.
