Misting Autovalve
A battery-powered cycle timer that mounts straight onto the valve, with no wiring and no controller panel. It irrigates in cycles during a window of time: you set the window start and end, how long each shot runs, and how long the gap between shots is, plus the days of the week it should work. Dramm's own worked example is a window of 10:00 to 14:00 with 5 minutes on and an hour off - water through the hottest part of the day and nothing outside it.
The choice is whether you want the timer head on its own or already fitted to a valve. Controller Only - No Valve is the timer head with its solenoid, for putting on a valve you already have in the ground. With 3/4 in Valve and With 1 in Valve are the same head factory-fitted to a valve body in that line size, and since the two valved versions carry the same price the decision between them is purely which line size you are plumbing into. On duration: the on time is set in seconds and minutes and the off interval in minutes and hours, so this covers short mist bursts as well as long cycle irrigation.
