Dramm - JetRain 360 Degree Press-Fit Nozzle Cone
Brand: Dramm
JetRain 360 Degree Press-Fit Nozzle Cone
The JetRain 360 degree nozzle cone on its own: the color-coded, pin-style nozzle body with a press-fit socket, without a check valve and without a barbed or threaded inlet. It press-fits onto a JetRain Clean Out Check Valve, a riser assembly or a hanging drop. Growers buy it to change the flow rate on an existing line, or to replace a damaged cone while leaving the check valve already punched into the tubing where it is.
One choice here, and it is the flow rate. Color is the flow, measured by Dramm at 40 psi: White 0.48 gpm (1.8 L/min) and Blue 0.48 gpm (1.8 L/min) are the propagation mist pair with 7 ft maximum coverage, and Dramm advises alternating the two along a run for the most even coverage; Red is 0.79 gpm (3.0 L/min) with 11 ft maximum coverage for mist and irrigation; Yellow is 1.37 gpm (5.2 L/min) with 18 ft maximum coverage for heavier irrigation. Because the cone is press-fit, reflowing a run is a cone swap rather than a repunch, but recheck the total against the lateral first: changing every nozzle from White or Blue to Yellow nearly triples the flow the line has to carry. If the cone body is sound and only the deflector pin is damaged, buy the pin instead.

Configurations
| Flow Rate - Color | Part number |
|---|---|
| White - 0.48 gpm | JRC-WH |

| Yellow - 1.37 gpm | JRC-YL |
Key Features
- Press-fits onto a check valve already installed in the line, so the tubing is not disturbed
- Four color-coded flow rates from one body
- Changes a run's flow rate without repunching holes
- Even 360 degree pattern with no gap in the arc
- Deflector pin inside the cone is itself a replaceable part
Ideal Applications
- Reflowing an existing JetRain run to a different water rate
- Replacing cracked, worn or plugged cones
- Building nozzle stacks on risers and hanging drops
- Shop spares for a propagation or irrigation house
Pairs with the JetRain Clean Out Check Valve, sold separately in barbed and threaded inlets; the matching color-coded deflector pin is a separate part for when only the pin has failed.
