JetRain 180 Degree Nozzle Cone

The 180 degree JetRain nozzle cone on its own: the same press-fit nozzle body as the 360 degree cone but throwing a half circle, without a check valve and without a barbed or threaded inlet. It is the part used at the ends of a PE tubing or PolyRail run so the spray stops at the edge of the bench. Buy it to replace a damaged end cone, or to convert an end position from a full circle to a half circle without touching the check valve in the tubing.

Color is the only choice, and it is also the one figure Dramm does not publish: Brown, Green, Grey, Orange and Red are Dramm's flow and pattern coding for the 180 degree line, and the JetRain flow chart on dramm.com covers the 360 degree colors only, so there is no published gpm number for any of these five. Order the color that matches the 180 degree cones already on the ends of your run, or confirm the right one with Dramm or your system designer before committing to a house full of them. If the cone body is sound and it is the orifice that has worn or plugged, the 180 degree nozzle tip is sold separately and is the cheaper fix.

Key Features

  • Half-circle pattern keeps end-of-run water on the bench
  • Press-fits onto a check valve already installed in the line, so the tubing is not disturbed
  • Converts an end position from 360 degree to 180 degree without a repunch
  • Five color-coded options in Dramm's 180 degree line
  • Nozzle tip inside the cone is itself a replaceable part

Ideal Applications

  • Replacing damaged end-of-run nozzle cones
  • Converting the last nozzle on a run from full circle to half circle
  • Perimeter positions along the edge of a bench or bed
  • Shop spares for PolyRail and PE tubing irrigation lines

The complete 180 degree JetRain nozzle adds the Clean Out Check Valve and a barbed or threaded inlet in one assembly, the 180 degree tip covers the orifice on its own, and 360 degree JetRain cones fill the middle of the run.
