Brand: Dramm
JetRain 180 Degree Complete Nozzle with Clean Out Check Valve
The 180 degree JetRain complete nozzle: cone plus the low pressure Clean Out Check Valve, in the color set Dramm uses for the half-circle pattern. It exists for the ends of a run. Dramm's JetRain and PolyRail installation manual puts 180 degree nozzles at either end of an irrigation line with 360 degree nozzles in between, so the last nozzle waters the bench rather than the aisle. The check valve is rated 15-50 psi and keeps the line from dripping on the crop between cycles.
Two choices: color and connection. Color is Dramm's flow and pattern coding, and this is where the published data runs out - Dramm publishes a per-color flow chart for the 360 degree JetRain nozzles but not for the 180 degree line, so there is no published gpm figure for Brown, Green, Grey, Orange or Red. Do not read the 360 degree chart across; it uses a different color set entirely. If you are matching end nozzles to an existing run, read the color off the nozzles you are replacing, or have Dramm or your system designer confirm which color belongs on that line. Connection is how the nozzle attaches: Barbed punches into PE tubing, Threaded taps into PVC or aluminum pipe. Brown is offered barbed only on this page; Green, Grey, Orange and Red are offered both ways.

Key Features
- Half-circle pattern keeps water on the bench at the end of a run instead of in the aisle
- Clean Out Check Valve rated 15-50 psi stops the line dripping on the crop between cycles
- Check valve opens for cleaning instead of being scrapped when debris lodges under the diaphragm
- Same body and same insertion method as the 360 degree JetRain nozzle, so one punch and one tool covers both
- Color coding lets end nozzles be identified on an installed line
- Cone and tip are separately replaceable
Ideal Applications
- End nozzles on propagation mist benches
- End nozzles on overhead irrigation runs
- Perimeter watering along the edge of a bench or bed
- PolyRail-supported PE tubing runs
- Retrofitting the end positions of an existing PVC misting line
Runs with 360 degree JetRain complete nozzles filling the middle of the line; the 180 degree cone and the 180 degree tip are sold separately for service, and Dramm PolyRail is the aluminum extrusion that holds the PE tubing these punch into.
