Foamer, Hand Pressurized 8 Liter

Foam beats liquid for disinfection because it stays put. A rich aerated foam degrades slowly and clings to vertical surfaces, so the sanitizer keeps working on walls, bench legs and crevices instead of running to the floor in ten seconds. This hand pressurized 8 liter unit produces that foam without a compressor - pump air into the tank by hand, and the nozzle mixes part of that air with the solution on the way out.

Three interchangeable foam mixers ship with the unit so you can dial the foam to the job: green makes a dry foam at about 43 sq ft per minute, gray is the intermediate standard at about 65 sq ft per minute, and orange makes a wet foam at about 108 sq ft per minute. The tank holds 8 liters total and 5 liters of solution, with the remaining headspace reserved for the air charge. A 4 bar safety valve with a depressurization option protects the tank. It requires a foamable product - a sanitizer that is not formulated to foam will not foam in this unit.
