Dramm Dribble Tube
Dramm developed the Dribble Tube as a simple way to water potted crops automatically by dripping water directly into each pot. Flow rate is set by the inside diameter and length of the tube rather than by an emitter, which makes it a low cost approach to automatic drip watering. Three tubing diameters are offered, each color coded, in standard lengths from 12 in to 60 in.
Install by piercing the poly supply line, inserting a brass eyelet, and pushing the tube into the eyelet so it drips into the pot. Each tube is finished with the Dramm SlimWeight, a zinc-aluminum alloy weight rather than lead, which slips easily from the pot at harvest and does not catch in expanded metal benching. Dramm recommends the Dribble Tube for 5, 6 and 7 pot sizes.
