DrammPress Replacement Jaws

These are the crimping jaws for the DrammPress hose crimper, supplied without the press frame. The jaws are what sizes the tool: the frame is common to every size and the jaw set matched to the hose bore is what closes the ferrule. They are hardened steel, they bolt into the frame, and they change over with the hex wrench supplied with the press. Order a set when a shop starts building a second hose size, or when a worn set stops producing a clean, tight crimp.

Match the jaw set to the inside diameter of the ColorStorm hose being crimped rather than to the fitting. A 5/8 in set crimps 5/8 in hose and a 3/4 in set crimps 3/4 in hose; they are not interchangeable, because the jaw bore has to close on the ferrule without flattening it. The 1/2 in set covers 1/2 in ColorStorm hose and is a made to order size rather than a shelf item, so ask us to confirm lead time before you commit it to a job. One DrammPress frame accepts any of the three, so a shop assembling more than one hose size buys a single frame and a jaw set per size.
