Autofog Fogger Head Mixing Joint
Reference 6730 is the mixing joint from the solution tank drive of a Dramm Autofog fogger head. It is the small tabbed coupling that passes drive from the fan shaft above the tank down to the agitator inside it, and Dramm's Autofog manual lists two of them in both the LVH and the SLVH fogger head assemblies. The manual calls the joint out during reassembly: before the tank goes back on the fogger frame, both mixing joints have to be aligned by the small tabs on the bottom of the fan and the top of the solution tank, or the agitator will not pick up drive and a wettable powder mix will drop out of suspension. This listing is the joint on its own, not a tank assembly and not a fogger head.
There is one part on this page and it fits both Autofog fogger head sizes that drive their tank agitator from the fan: the LVH and the SLVH. Two are fitted per head, one at the fan and one at the tank, so order in pairs when you are replacing a worn set rather than a single damaged joint. The Mini Autofog is a different design, with an agitator driven by its own power cord from the control panel, so this joint is specific to the LVH and SLVH heads. Change it when the agitator stops turning with the fan running, when the drive tabs are visibly rounded off, or as routine during the annual strip down while the tank, strainer, shaft and agitator are already out of the machine.

Ideal Applications
- Restoring tank agitation on an Autofog whose agitator has stopped turning
- Annual Autofog strip down and rebuild
- Rebuilding a fogger head after a season of wettable powder work has worn the drive faces
- Holding a spare pair on the shelf for machines running daily in season
