The Dosatron D400 series is the largest MegaFlo injector, delivering water-powered proportional dosing at up to 400 GPM through a 4 in flange. It runs on water pressure alone with externally adjustable injection rates and a built-in bypass, with no electricity and no batch tanks.

The D400 is built to dose an entire commercial site from a single point, with a 110 to 400 GPM flow range. Models are offered across several dilution ranges and seal materials to match both the required injection ratio and the chemistry being dosed.

Choosing Your Model

Models differ by dilution range and seal material. The dilution range (percentage and ratio) sets how much concentrate is injected per unit of water. The seal material is matched to your chemistry: Viton (FKM) for neutral to acidic feeds such as fertilizers and pH-down; Aflas for alkaline feeds such as pH-up, liquid lime, and carbonates; and Kalrez (FFKM) for peracetic acid and strong oxidizers such as ZeroTol and SaniDate.
