Agra-Rouse is an EPA-registered plant growth regulator that blends naturally occurring and synthetic plant hormones: an auxin (indole-3-butyric acid), a cytokinin (kinetin) and gibberellic acid. Its auxin-weighted formula is designed to encourage root development and propagation, promote cell division and enhance yields. The phytohormones work with the plant's own physiology to stimulate growth, increase vigor and improve overall plant health.

Agra-Rouse can be used as a seed treatment, as a rooting and transplant dip, as a fine mist on container-grown nursery plants, through irrigation or fertigation into the root zone, and as a foliar spray alongside a regular nutritional program. It is applied at low rates measured in fluid ounces, so a single jug covers a large area.
