Commercial Construction

NEXTG3N systems are made in the USA and use galvanized-steel frames with extruded-aluminum side rails. Bench and rack configurations are selected according to crop load, irrigation method, room dimensions, working height, sanitation requirements, and intended use.

Rolling Bench Options

Ebb & Flow bench systems can be configured with integrated tray and trellis components. Wire-top rolling benches are available in 4-foot, 4.5-foot, 5-foot, and 6-foot widths, with adjustable working heights from 10 to 30 inches. Final length and configuration are project specific.

Double-Stack and Multi-Tier Systems

Double-stack Ebb & Flow benches are available in 4-foot and 5-foot widths with custom lengths and heights. Multi-tier floating racks use floor-mounted tracks and can be configured in 4-foot, 5-foot, and 6-foot widths. Standard rack-height options include 8, 10, and 12 feet, with custom configurations available.

Living-Soil Rolling Beds
