The CenturionPro 3.0+ is a commercial-grade hybrid trimmer with three tumblers, processing up to 125 lbs wet or 25 lbs dry per hour for large operations.

Variable speed control is built in, adjusting blade speed from 20,000 to 200,000 cuts per minute. The system includes an 8 HP 3-phase blower (6 HP single-phase available), food-grade mesh hopper, stainless steel tumblers and the collection system, and tumblers come out in about two minutes.
