AXEON 4.5" x 20" Calcite Filter Cartridge

The AXEON 4.5" x 20" Calcite Filter Cartridge is filled with 0.15 cubic feet of calcite media and fits most standard 4.5" x 20" filter housings. The cartridge is designed to raise the pH of acidic water by slowly dissolving calcium carbonate on contact.

By neutralizing acidic feed water, the calcite cartridge reduces the potential leaching of copper, lead, and other metals from typical plumbing systems. Built-in pre- and post- filters keep the calcite media contained within the cartridge during service.
