These 454 Bags vacuum bags are made from 454's BioPlastic film, which is labeled USDA BioPreferred and landfill biodegradable. They give operators a lower-impact alternative to conventional vacuum bags, and the manufacturer rates the film stronger than plastic. Each bag is pre-cut to 11" x 24" with a resealable zipper, so a bag can be opened for inspection and closed again. One side is black for UV protection and the other is clear for easy viewing.

The film is labeled a 100% oxygen barrier that prevents oxidation and keeps odors in, for secure storage, shipping and transport. Use the bags with standard or commercial vacuum sealers at least 11" wide.
