AXEON Catalytic Carbon Systems use advanced catalytic carbon filtration technology to meet the most demanding water conditions. These systems are designed for maximum performance with a minimal amount of maintenance and comply with all industry standards and specifications.

AXEON Catalytic Carbon Systems are effective in reducing sediments and providing higher service flow rates and longer filter runs than equivalent media filters. AXEON Catalytic Carbon Systems require periodic backwashing to dispose of accumulating sediments. This is accomplished by backwashing with clean water and then disposing the effluent. During this process, the different sizes within the system separate into layers, once again preparing the filtration bed for service.
