Majestene

Majestene is a liquid biological nematicide containing non-viable, heat-killed Burkholderia rinojensis strain A396 cells and spent fermentation media. Compounds produced during the proprietary fermentation process are active against plant-parasitic nematodes and soil-dwelling insect pests, with activity on eggs, juveniles and adults.

Majestene is approved for both field and greenhouse use and can be applied as a soil drench, at planting or transplanting, in-furrow or as a T-band, through drip irrigation or chemigation, or shanked in. It suits conventional and organic programs and carries no plant-back restrictions.
