The Hydrofoamer is a hose-end proportioner that turns a garden hose into a foaming applicator. It draws concentrate from its own reservoir, meters it into the water stream at a set dilution, and delivers the solution as clinging foam.

Foam is the point. A liquid spray runs off a bench leg or a greenhouse wall in seconds; foam stays put long enough for the cleaner to break down what it is sitting on. For vertical surfaces and undersides, that dwell time is the difference between a rinse and a clean.
