Potassium chloride, also called muriate of potash, is a high-analysis potassium fertilizer supplying 60% potash (K2O). It is supplied as a commodity product in 50 lb bags.

It is one of the most economical potassium sources for fertilizer blends and soil application. Because it adds chloride, use it on crops and media that tolerate chloride and monitor EC in container production.
