GREENRAK® 2.0 Mobile Benches

GREENRAK® 2.0 mobile benches are available in single-tier and double-tier configurations. The low-profile system uses a 3/8-inch surface-mounted aluminum track, stainless-steel hardware and drive components, industrial-grade wheels, confined chain mechanisms, and a SafeCrank aisle-safety push button.

Montel lists a maximum load capacity of 3,000 pounds per single-level mobile carriage and 400 pounds per mobile bench section. Maximum standard carriage length is 50 feet, with 56-foot carriages subject to Montel technical approval.

Vertical Grow Racking

Montel mobile and stationary grow racks can be configured around crop height, tier count, tray layout, lighting, irrigation, drainage, airflow, working access, and facility clearances. Rack sections can be adjusted in 2-inch increments and can be sloped with inclined tray supports to improve drainage.

GROWRAK™ HD

GROWRAK™ HD is designed for higher-capacity and taller vertical-farming applications. Systems can be paired with wire-mesh decking, universal sloped trays, light supports, and other integrated equipment. Final loading and structural requirements are confirmed for each project.

Integrated Facility Equipment

Montel ventilation, catwalk, tray, decking, cart, drying, and storage components can be incorporated into an integrated cultivation workflow. Equipment selection depends on the crop, production process, room layout, sanitation plan, access requirements, and applicable codes.
