Dow Molykote DC111 is a high-purity silicone compound used as an O-ring lubricant, valve sealant, and barrier coating. The 6-gram tube is sized for service and assembly work on water treatment hardware and similar equipment. It maintains a serviceable consistency from approximately -40F to 392F (-40C to 200C).

Used to lubricate and seal O-rings, gaskets, and elastomeric seals in control valves, pressure plug valves, water softener valves, and faucet valves. Also used as a sealant for vacuum and pressure systems, outdoor electrical service entrances and meters, and as a chemical barrier and damping medium. Suitable for shipboard and harsh-weather equipment exposed to washing.
