Captiva Prime is an OMRI Listed insect repellent and insecticide made from concentrated plant extracts: capsicum oleoresin, garlic oil and canola oil. It has a repellent and irritant effect on adult and immature soft-bodied insects and mites, agitating pests such as thrips and mites and driving them out of their sheltered spots.

Used alone, Captiva Prime repels thrips and mites, stops their feeding and inhibits egg laying; as a tank mix partner it increases pest exposure and boosts the efficacy of contact insecticides and miticides. It is labeled for outdoor and greenhouse food and non-food crops and ornamentals, with a 4-hour REI and a zero-day preharvest interval.
