An integral two-part system: a two-electrode conductivity cell plus mounted smart electronics that convert cell conductance into a temperature compensated 4-20 mA signal. It measures electrical conductivity, the standard proxy for total dissolved nutrient concentration - as Growlink puts it, EC sensors measure the concentration of nutrients. EasyCal provides single-point push-button calibration.

Threads in by its 3/4 in. NPT connection at the skid sensor assembly, downstream of injection and mixing alongside the pH probes, so it reads final blended feed EC. Output goes to the Growlink Nutrient Expansion Module where EC drives the dosing control loop. Growlink sets a hard limit at the sensor station: EC and pH sensors must never see pressure above 6 bar (87 PSI). Growlink calibrates annually across standards from 146.93 to 100,000 microsiemens.
