General Hydroponics RapidStart

RapidStart is a rooting supplement designed for the earliest stages of growth, covering seedlings, cuttings and young transplants. It supports fast, dense root initiation and helps build a healthy root architecture so plants establish quickly and move into vegetative growth sooner. It also helps plants recover after transplanting and minimizes transplant shock. It is a straightforward additive that integrates cleanly with an existing base nutrient program.

RapidStart is used from propagation through early vegetative growth, and many growers continue at a reduced rate during vegetative growth once strong roots are established. Add it to an already-mixed nutrient solution rather than to undiluted concentrates, then agitate and verify pH and EC before feeding. It works across hydroponics, coco and soilless mixes, potting soils and container gardens. Follow the label rates that match the facility standard operating procedure.
