The EWCO 1200 is an industrial-grade, low-maintenance, single stream system that generates hypochlorous acid (HOCl) through the electrolysis of salt and water. Patented electrolysis cells produce a stable, electrically neutral HOCl molecule with oxidation potential above 1000 mV, giving it high efficacy against microbial pathogens across a 10 to 400 ppm range.

Delivered as a pre-built backboard system, it arrives with the pumps, filtration, and controls needed to plumb straight into a facility water line. Output scales with concentration, from 3 liters per minute at 300 ppm up to 24 liters per minute at 40 ppm, which suits continuous-demand operations rather than batch production.
